Amaya Howard, MPA was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and spent the majority of her life living in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. She graduated with her bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas with a major in Political Science. She continued her education there and obtained her Master's of Public Administration, with an emphasis on Nonprofit Management. She also served a one-year term as an AmeriCorps VISTA member. From then, Amaya volunteered and worked with various national and local nonprofit organizations, primarily in development and grant writing. She now is located in the heart of Philadelphia assisting nonprofit organizations nationwide with increasing their organizational capacity.

India Watson is a Philadelphia native who is passionate about creating change through nonprofit organizations. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, India gained experience working with organizations to increase efficacy and impact within the nonprofit sector. In understanding that nonprofits are often the backbone of many communities and an integral part of our society, she has made it her mission to drive change by supporting nonprofit organizations and small businesses.
Dr. Celeste Graham is a native of Abilene, Texas, and is currently located in the heart of Dallas, Texas. She is a two-time graduate of the University of North Texas and received her PhD in sociology with a focus on social stratification from Texas Woman's University. Celeste wrote her dissertation on formerly incarcerated black mothers and their reentry experiences. She began her career working in educational non-profits and has been an educator for nearly 12 years. She has been involved in grassroots activism and organizing for over a decade.
